  1.  A good laugh is a proven method to reduce stress and anxiety.
  2.  It might not seem  like it but you are making  progress.
  3. You can’t  change what happend in the past only thing you can do is move  forward.
  4.  You are the only one that can make the change you want to see.
  5.  Failures are a part of life. They teach us lessons we wouldn’t have learned otherwise.
  6.  You are not your mistake.
  7. You never know how strong you really are until being strong is the only choice you have.
  8. Feelings, good and bad, always come and go.
  9.  How you feel when you’re stressed is not a true measure of reality.
  10. Life is like a mountain, hard to climb, but once you get to the top the view is beautiful.
